Unfortunately, there is no option to force the position of all dialogs except the Find/Replace and a few other dialogs. If this is very important, I might add the option to save positions. Thanks!

Thanks for you comments, however, I can’t reproduce your issue. Maybe, it will be clear if you take a screenshot, or even better, a screencast and send it to me at [email protected]. Or, please try at a different PC or a virtual PC if you could reproduce this issue. Maybe, you might want to reset all configurations, and see if you can still reproduce this issue. To reset all configurations, you can go to Select Configuration on the Tool menu, select Define Configurations, and then click the Reset All button.

Hi pad13,
You should be able to select a whole line by clicking on the line number. Please make sure you are using the latest version of EmEditor Professional, and the Line Numbers are visible. You shouldn’t press any CTRL or SHIFT key while you left-clicking the line number.

I rebuilt the program using the static library:

so you won’t need the Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package any more.
You might need to add all the tools, and those tools appear on the toolbar, but you can set the keyboard shortcut for each configuration. Therefore, you can customize the same shortcut key to launch both vbx.CHM for VBS doc and html.CHM for HTML doc.

This is the intended behavior.
The modified documents are automatically saved, so I thought we shouldn’t need prompt to ask. If there were prompts, there is another problem when trying to close the plug-in (when opening a new plug-in custom bar, for instance). However, in the future, I might include the snippets plug-in to the EmEditor core so that I can add an option to ask for the prompt.Thanks!

I am sorry, it was my mistake. There is no Output bar option for the Standard Error (nor for the Standard Output). I will consider adding the Output bar as an option for future versions. Thanks for your inputs!

replaces the current document with the new standard output, and shows the standard error as a tooltip. You can change the standard output to the new document, and then standard error as the output bar. I hope this helps.

This is just for an installer fix. There were no changes between emed32_10.1.0 and emed32_10.1.0a in program files (including emeditor.exe).
