“CWP” is NOT related to macros.
Currently, there is no way to enable/disable another macro’s “Runs at Events” settings, unfortunately. I am not sure why you need to enable/disable another macros’ event settings. Maybe, you might want to explain why, and I might think about workarounds.Thanks,
Can you show me the screenshot of Windows Task Manager > Performance tab > Memory after you open the very large file but before you Replace All?

I am sorry for inconveniences. The Runs at Events issue will be fixed on the next version (v17.1.1). Meanwhile, you can work around by adding a new registry value:
UsedEvents
as REG_DWORD at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\EmSoft\EmEditor v3\Common, and set the value as 0xffffffff in hexadecimal (or 4294967295 in decimal).
Notes that this workaround will NOT be needed anymore once v17.1.1 is released and installed.

That is a good idea, but I wish you could have written your idea before the official release of v17.0. I might add that feature in future versions.
This option does NOT completely separate those two histories (Find dialog box and Find toolbar) as there is only one container to save. Therefore, these two histories will be eventually merged into one. I will think about making them completely separate in future versions.
OK. Sorry for many revisions. I reproduced the issue if the Match Case option in the Replace dialog box was cleared as default. If the Match Case option is set, the Replace All operation will become much faster. Please set the Match Case if you try to do the similar operation. I will try to remedy the issue.

I tried to reproduce the issue with similar file: 22MB xml file with 94K instances of the same tag, but it took only 6.547 seconds to complete the same Replace All. However, I just noticed that the portable version will take much, much longer time to complete. I will try to fix this issue.

These words are NOT duplicates. EmEditor always respect case in duplicate deletion/bookmarking. Are you trying to say the opposite?
