One more thing:

The ‘uninstall’ button is disabled for this plugin too.

An easy and complete uninstallation should be, at a minimum, a prerequisite for even posting a plugin on your website. (I guess I do think that another minimal prerequisite should be that the plugin does not delete any data not intended by the user to be deleted.)
