It takes less than 0.5S to open the Properties for All Configurations with V13.
It takes 2S to open the Properties for All Configurations with V14.5.
It takes the same time to close the Properties for All Configurations.

Yes, I’m using INI files and portable version.
But V13 portable version is faster than V14.5 portable version.

My OS is Windows XP SP3.
Today, I reproduce both the issues.
