Hello,
I have tried almost every single option and this bug keeps coming at me:
If I have ‘Detect All’ and open an empty document it comes out as UTF16-LE, which is a fairly annoying encoding since it breaks most programs by being 2 bytes for alphanum(and the rest).

Now the question is… how do I get, with detect all, emeditor to open empty files with a different encoding?
