    Version: EmEditor 7.00b1 Portable
    Operating System: Windows XP SP2

    Bug: Upon changing either the “Lock Toolbars” or “Toolbar Titles” attributes, all of the toolbars available are displayed (including those that were previously hidden/unchecked).

    EDIT: After re-testing, it appears that only the FindBar and HTMLBar are activated (I’m getting the feeling that these bars were possibly thrown together at the last minute).
