Please add ability to set individual files to be sticky and always stay at the top of the file history list.

This would work in the application’s File menu as well as the Tray history list.
To set file, use application to right click the file in history list.

In addition it could be another shell integration feature, to “Pin file to Emeditor”, similar to pinning something to the Windows Start Menu.
