Environment: EmEditor 32-bit on Windows 7 64-bit.
Pretty sure this is a v17.2.0 regression, because previous auto-updates worked fine.
October 19, 2017 at 12:18 pm #22542Yutaka EmuraKeymasterIf you have had more than one installs of EmEditor before, the macro shortcuts could be erased. This should be fixed on the new version. If your shortcuts were already erased, please assign them again, and see if you can reproduce the issue on the new version.
Thanks,
October 19, 2017 at 6:46 pm #22547Yang YangParticipantThanks, but I do have only one EmEditor installed, i.e. the 32-bit version.
I’ll try again once the new version is out.

October 22, 2017 at 6:01 am #22556derekcohenParticipantI just upgraded to 17.2.1 64-bit. I only have one version installed.
Like other have said, all my custom keyboard shortcuts have been deleted.
October 27, 2017 at 3:50 pm #22592LifeTimerParticipantYep, it just happened to me too, in the most recent version (17.2.2, after being upgraded from 17.1.3), so it does not appear to have been properly fixed after all. :-(
(and I never had multiple installs of EmEditor on the system either, so that theory is most likely a red herring in regards to debugging this, provided this and the other answers above in this thread)
