In the course of looking for answers to the dictionary edit problem I decided to try the new, improved online version. However, it seems that one kind of needs to know exactly where to look. Of course, I don’t know that.
Is there some way to search the online help?

you can search any web page by utilizing g00gle, best with key word “site:”Like:
sticky vertical site:emeditor.com/help/
user dictionary site:emeditor.com/August 10, 2015 at 4:38 pm #20305BobBaileyParticipantHi Stefan,
This is very useful. Google changed the toolbar a few years ago and I have been wondering what happened to the ability to search a specific site.
I had found the dictionary but was a little bit shy of the .bin format. I guess that’s just a way to do double-byte characters.

But the author decided to make it look more “magic” and/or mark it as “special” file that way, so the user leave it alone. - AuthorPosts
