To update

If you use the installer version, please select Customize Update Checker on the Help menu, and set the Include preview versions in order to update automatically to future preview versions. Preview versions can also be downloaded at Previous versions.

– Enhanced the Chat with AI features, and revamped the user interface of the Chat with AI window.[P]
– Significantly sped up the Replace All command, particularly with specific line breaks.[PF]
– Improved the speed of the Find All command.[PF]
– Made multiple selections faster, including the Vertical Selection command.[PF]
– Boosted filter performance when incremental search is enabled.[P]
– Increased efficiency when saving workspaces with large files.[P]
– Added the ability to drag and reposition the title of a custom bar in any direction.[PF]
– Enabled users to choose a web browser within EmEditor for displaying URLs using external tools.[P]
– Enhanced CSV printing.[P]
– Made toolbar borders invisible in dark mode for a cleaner appearance.[PF]
– Fixed an issue where switching to dark mode in Windows settings wasn’t reflected in EmEditor’s appearance.[PF]
– Fixed a crash that occurred when using the Convert Binary File to Base64 command with large files.[PF]
– Resolved a problem where dragging and dropping buttons from the macro toolbar could open incorrect files if the ChatAI plugin was disabled.[P]
– Fixed a potential issue where AI output might be compared and split with documents other than the intended one.[P]
