    Due to the severe windstorm in Seattle-Redmond area, we have been without power since December 14th. Currently, we are unable to answer email/FAX inquiries as promptly as before. We will respond to most inquires as soon as the power service is restored. I apologize for any inconvenience. (December 17th, 2006)

    Update (December 19, 2006)
    The power service is now restored after 4-day blackout. We are now back to normal. Thanks for your cooperation!
