Often when searching for a string, I hit the end of the file and have to jump back to the beginning of the file to continue. This is a bit jarring and becomes more annoying if I have to do that multiple times.
If possible, if the search hits the bottom of the file, I’d like the current warning in the status bar to show, but if I hit search again, then the search would jump to the top of the file and continue.
For context, I normally use Search, then close the dialog box and use F3 to search again.
Thanks!

Make sure the “Move to Start/End of Document” check box in the “Find” pane is checked.

The last time I tried that (several years ago), I thought it just jumped to the top of the document and started down on the first call to Serach. I didn’t realize it looped.
One minor complaint is that it loops quietly and if I happen to miss the status bar message, I don’t know that.
