What is the system encoding (“Language for non-Unicode programs” in the Administrative tab of Region for Windows Settings or Control Panel)?
If you are using Windows 10, is the “Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support” option turned-on?July 18, 2019 at 6:44 am #25994LTTParticipantFind in Files:
Encoding = “Configured Encoding”(= System Default), or “System Default (936, gb2312)”.
No other option is enabled.Language for non-Unicode programs = Chinese (Simplified, PRC).
Win 7 x32.
