How do you select a large number of lines?
- Put the cursor before the first character of the first line that you want to select and press F8 (Select Character).
- Go to Edit | Jump… (Ctrl+G). Enter the line number that you want to jump to and click OK.
- Press F8 again to end the selection. If you move to another line with the arrow keys, you can start another selection with F8 if you have multiple areas that you want to select.
- Instead of F8, you may want to use Ctrl+F8 (Select Line) to select entire lines.
