Yes. Run Registry Editor, and navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\EmSoft\EmEditor v3\Common. Right-click and create a new String Value called TrayIconFile. Set the string to the icon file path. Create a DWORD value called TrayIconIndex and set it to the icon index in the file.
