Select Customize on the Tools menu, select the Shortcut page, and clear the Add a shortcut to the Context Menu on Explorer check box.

Some Windows 11 systems show both “EmEditor” and “Edit in EmEditor” items in the Explorer classic context menu, while other systems show only “EmEditor” when both the Add a shortcut to the Context Menu on Explorer and Add a shortcut to the Windows 11 Context Menu in Explorer check boxes are set.
