The sort commands are disabled. What are the conditions that disable the sort commands?

The sort commands are disabled when any of the following conditions is true:

• Filter is on.
• The document is open as read-only.
• The selection contains a read-only CSV heading.
• The selection contains outside of text specified by the Narrowing command.
