Are there Undo and Redo commands for the cursor position?

Yes, they are called the Back and Forward commands.

On the default keyboard shortcut, you can use Alt + Left arrow for Back and Alt + Right arrow for Forward.

The buttons for these commands can be added to a toolbar.
