    CSV toolbar:
    Right click a CSV Format button (X),
    Click “Customize CSV…” item in the menu.

    I have memory that the format (X) would be selected in the list when the dialog opened.

    Please fix/add this nice feature.

    This command has never selected the format. It always select the current CSV format if it’s in a CSV mode. I will consider this feature in future versions.
